Stop climate change now

You are probably already familiar with climate change. You know that our planet is getting warmer and warmer, weather extremes such as heatwaves are increasing and glaciers are melting. The reason for this is simple: industry is emitting too much CO2. But we can change that. You can help us to reduce CO2 emissions in Europe.

How do we stop climate change?

The cause of man-made climate change is quickly identified: because we emit billions of Tonnes of CO2 worldwide every year, our atmosphere is warming up. If we want to stop climate change, we need to reduce CO2 emissions quickly. And in Europe there is even a tool for this: EU emissions trading.

In Europe, there is EU emissions trading. All major CO2 producers must participate. EU emissions trading demonstrably reduces (German only) CO2 emissions from industry. Every year, companies have to buy emission allowances for the amount of CO2 they emit. The system works well, but unfortunately too slowly to stop climate change.

Beat the system by using the system

With ForTomorrow, we also participate in emissions trading. We simply buy emission rights and cancel them so that no one else can use them. The more emission rights we cancel, the less CO2 can be emitted by industry. This is how we can stop climate change.

But that’s not all: by hoarding emission rights from the big CO2 emitters, CO2-saving technologies can become more widely accepted. This will accelerate the energy transition in Europe. We will become independent of fossil fuel imports and supply ourselves with clean energy.

Let's stop climate change now!
